AI Summit
Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping how accounting firms operate, advise clients, and grow. The AI Summit for Accounting Firms brings together firm leaders, innovators, and technology experts to explore how AI is transforming every aspect of the profession — from automation to advisory.
In this half-day virtual event, you’ll gain practical insight into how firms are adopting agentic AI tools, preparing for the rise of autonomous AI agents, and leveraging technology to accelerate the shift from compliance to strategic advisory. Learn how forward-thinking firms are using AI to unlock efficiency, deepen client relationships, and position themselves for the next era of intelligent accounting.
Walk away with the frameworks and examples you need to turn AI from a buzzword into a competitive advantage for your firm.
Agenda
Agentic AI — systems that can take action, make decisions, and execute workflows — represents the next major shift in accounting technology. In this session, firm leaders and technology experts will explore what “agentic” really means in practice, where it’s already being deployed, and how firms can begin preparing for a world where AI doesn’t just assist work, but performs it. Learn how early adopters are rethinking workflows, governance, and talent models as autonomous tools begin to reshape the profession.
AI adoption is no longer theoretical — firms are actively using it today to streamline operations, enhance client service, and unlock new advisory opportunities. This session will showcase real-world use cases across firms of different sizes, highlighting how accountants are applying AI across tax, audit, CAS, and client communication. Walk away with practical examples, lessons learned, and a clearer understanding of where AI is delivering measurable value right now.
As AI capabilities expand, firms face a critical strategic decision: build custom AI solutions tailored to their workflows, or buy from a rapidly evolving vendor ecosystem. This session will break down the trade-offs between building and buying, including cost, speed, scalability, data control, and long-term flexibility. Hear how firms are evaluating their options and developing AI strategies that align with their growth, talent, and technology roadmaps.
