In her leadership role, Kirsten oversees operations, new business, and client onboarding for the firm's Strategic Business Solutions practice. She is passionate about helping accounting firms modernize their service delivery by leveraging cloud technology, automation, artificial intelligence, and standardized processes to create exceptional client experiences while improving team efficiency.

Kirsten has led firm-wide initiatives involving workflow redesign, pricing strategies, onboarding optimization, and QuickBooks Online implementation, while also helping develop future leaders through coaching and mentorship. She is a strong advocate for embracing change and equipping accounting professionals with both technical expertise and advisory skills needed to meet the evolving expectations of today's clients.

As the accounting profession continues to evolve, Kirsten enjoys sharing practical insights on operational leadership, talent development, and building scalable CAS practices that position firms for long-term success. Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, running, skiing, and finding ways to balance leadership, family, and continuous learning.
