His leadership has generated transformative outcomes—such as $200 million in profit improvement at a Fortune 500 company and significant EBITDA improvements at private equity-backed portfolio companies.

Karthik’s expertise includes developing shared-services strategies, integrating cross-border operations, and building high-performing teams to support scalable growth.
