Heather Nielsen is a Content Programmer at Arizent, where she develops the conference programming and recruits industry-leading speakers for Accounting Today's portfolio of live and virtual events. As a member of the Events, Conferences, and Live Media team, she designs content that brings together accounting firm leaders, technology innovators, and industry experts to explore the trends and strategies shaping the profession.

With more than two decades of experience in B2B media, event programming, and strategic marketing, Heather combines business acumen with a talent for creating engaging, high-value experiences. She is recognized for her ability to build meaningful relationships with executives and thought leaders, manage complex projects from concept to execution, and develop content that resonates with professional audiences. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and focus on delivering measurable results have made her a trusted partner across the organizations she has served.

Prior to joining Arizent, Heather held senior marketing and leadership roles at Major, Lindsey & Africa, ALM Media, and SharedXpertise Media.

Heather earned her MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University.
