Adam Reed

Adam M. Reed is a Principal at WN Advisory LLC, an Archer Lewis firm, where he leads a tax advisory practice serving closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals across offices in Everett, Mount Vernon, and Anacortes, Washington. Over nearly a decade with the firm, he has built a practice centered on complex partnership taxation, real estate transactions including Section 1031 exchanges, qualified small business stock planning, and Washington State tax matters, advising clients in construction, real estate, professional services, and healthcare.

Adam is among the leaders helping drive AI adoption at his Washington offices, and increasingly serves as an informal advisor on AI to other Archer Lewis offices — integrating these tools into research, client communication, and workflow to move them from experiment to daily use. He approaches AI the way he approaches a partnership basis adjustment — with a close eye for what actually holds up under scrutiny.

He holds a Master of Professional Accounting in Taxation from the University of Washington and is a licensed CPA in Washington State.
